Important Infomation

 

Refurbished products will carry a 6 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise in description, New Products will Carry the full Warranty. For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty develops a manufacturer fault a replacement item or full refund will be issued upon the return of the faulty item. Please contact us in the first instance of a fault and our team will be happy to assist you and get the item booked in.

 

If you are not satisfied with our product or the item is unwanted, within 30 days of purchase simply return the item to us in an unused and unopened condition to receive a refund minus any costs incurred. If the item has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in the original packaging in an unused and resellable condition. Any signs of use or damage will affect the total refund amount.

 

After the first 30 days, any faulty items will be repaired or replaced if unrepairable, under the 6 month return to base warranty or more when referring to new products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item at their own cost after the initial 30 days this does not affect your statutory rights.

 

If any faults described by customer can not be replicated  this may affect the refund by a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to charge postage to send the item back to you or offer in store collection if item is not faulty; failing this a confirmation of destruction will be sent to customers.

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please contact us in the first instance either by telephone call or email. When sending in returns please authorise them with us first.  Any unauthorised returns will be destroyed. Please include your name address and invoice number to enable us to locate your details

 

Shipping

 All orders paid for before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same working day. Standard Delivery time is two working days for delivery to mainland UK via courier (please see below for excluded postcodes). Express service is next working day. Some items may be sent via royal mail dependant on weight, these will still be sent for next working day delivery. Where free shipping is offered the above detail will still apply.

When checking out with PayPal please provide us with your telephone number and email address so we can pass on to the courier. This will help our courier to contact you via email or telephone to confirm estimated delivery times in order to assist with the smooth delivery of your purchase.

We accept payments through Paypal however we also accept credit/debit card payments via our Credit card hotline. Open Monday to Friday 7.30am till 4pm Except for Bank Holidays.

Please note we use stock images. Therefore products may differ slightly to the image. Please also bear in mind we are graded product specialists and sell refurbished items unless listed as new.
