The real thing! These templates are based on measurements from an actual 1959 Les Paul Standard! These templates are CAD drawn according to 1959 Les Paul Standard Specs and laser cut on 1/4" thick MDF for durability and accuracy.  Covers vintage years 1958 and 1959 Les Paul Standard.  The neck profile was thinner starting in 1960 but the shape and other specs remained the same.
