"Excellent" = Literally is new or looks brand new. Crisp.  

 "Very Good"= Very good used condition, looks worn only very minimally, no fading, pilling, holes, stains, issues, looks nice. 
                                                                                  
 "Good= Good condition, looks worn minimally to moderately, if issues, I will mention.
                                                                                  
 "Pretty Good/Decent"=Still looks nice overall, probably has a specific situation, and I will mention it. 
                                                                                  
 "Okay"=Has an issue, I will mention it. I always try to be up front about anything wrong.
