DESIGN
The Maxilite Flat Roof Light Skylight comes in your standard colours Agate Grey, Anthracite Grey, Black, White and dual colours.
Self Cleaning Glass / Argon filled as standard / Soft coated low energy glass / Triple glazing option / Toughened safety glass
GLASS TECHNOLOGY
We glaze all our roofs with argon gas filled units. The outer pane has a heat reflective coating which reflects 60% of the sun's heat away from your house, yet also retains heating in the building during colder periods, reducing heating bills.
SELF CLEANING GLASS
All of the Maxilite roof lanterns come glazed with self cleaning glass as standard. The outer pane of glass is permanently bonded with a self clean coating which prevents the build up of dirt. When it rains the dirt is dispersed, leaving the glass clean and free of marks.
MAXIMUM SECURITY
Maxi-flat glass cannot be removed! The unique glass lock system means that, once the frame is clicked into place, the glass can no longer be removed from the frame. This unique feature makes the Maxilite flat roof one of the most secure lanterns available.
