GLASS TERRARIUM WITH BAMBOO LID AND LIGHT

With every purchase of a glass terrarium with the added decorations option receive a 2oz pot containing 50-100 white Springtails, to help get a bioactive environment started.

These enclosures have been hand made with a metal mesh vent which will help with the all important ventilation and a small battery operated light to help see the interior of the terrarium and your all important little critters that may be hiding inside.

These enclosures have been specifically designed for small invertebrates and arachnids. These won't be forever homes for most tarantulas but well suited for slings, arboreal slings, praying mantis, beetles, jumping spiders, stick insect, woodlice, bioactive, ect.

There are 5 sizes to choose from.

30cm X 10cm 2 litre

There are 2 options with the contents of the terrarium, you can choose just to purchase the glass terrarium or purchase the terrarium with internal decorations as seen in the photos.

These decorations are a piece of bark which has been locally sourced and sterilised and will be of appropriate size to the terrarium, 100g of Coco coir and a plastic plant.

The 500ml terrarium will have 50g of Coco coir, due to its size.

The ventilation is metal mesh 1mm X 1mm, nice and strong and no critters can chow through.

The light is a small led cool white light and is operated by 3 X LR41 cell batteries, easily changed by unscrewing the cap gently and removing and replacing the batteries.

To turn the light on you twist the cap right and to turn off turn left. The light has been fitted with a small ring to help with turning the light on and off.

The light is not designed for prolonged use and if kept on continuously it has a 4 hour life expectancy, so more for the occasional use. Depending on use it can last weeks maybe months.
