RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

- If a buyer feels that the purchased item is unsuitable, they are welcome to return it. However, the responsibility for return postage and packaging lies with the buyer. We do not cover return P&P costs.
- All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags intact, and free from wear and tear. Our return department reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are found to be used.
- Please note that we have already incurred postage costs for sending out the item. This amount will not be refunded.
- For items initially offered with free post and packing, a deduction of 20% of the sales price will be applied before processing the refund.
- If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 10 working days of purchase. Do not send the goods without first contacting us through eBay messaging. We will provide you with a free post label for the return and will dispatch the replacement upon receiving the faulty item.

If a parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail because of reasons like a wrong address, nobody being home, or the buyer not being able to reach Royal Mail or our delivery service, we'll only refund the cost of the product, not the postage. This is because we've already paid for the initial delivery. If a second delivery is needed, the buyer will need to cover the shipping costs, even if the listing initially offered free postage and packaging.
