Here we have the top cowl for the 1991 40 and 50 hp OMC Johnson Evinrude  2 cylinder outboards. (it catalogs for the 40 & 50 hp Johnson and Evinrude - please note it is wearing the 40hp  Johnson decals) May fit other models as well.  Good solid cowl. Usable as is and or a good candidate for restoration.  Has surface scratches, and has some chipping on the one corner as shown in picture 8.  Most of the insulation is there. The rubber seal is still supple and appears to be intact.  Removed from model VJ40TLEIA, a 1991 40 hp Johnson.  Fresh water only.  See pics.
