The "High Speed" label marks those grinders able to reach highly reduced dispensing time.

The special engine-burrs set, developed by our R&D department, allows Eureka grinders to reach extremely high dispensing speed and hence serve customers faster, while preserving  a elevated quality of coffee in cup.

Micrometric system with infinite adjustment points, the only one based on the lower burr repositioning, guarantees incomparable grinding performances and allows to carry out maintenance operations without losing the grinding setting.

The typical mechanical composition of our burrholder set, that can be dismantled removing only 9 screws, permits to quicly replace and clean the burrs as well as a remarkable time and coffee saving.

Shipping Method

We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier (using a comparable service) than what was selected at checkout. Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider and we are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer's personal shipping account.

Tracking Information

We will post tracking numbers to your order at the time of shipment or as soon as they are available.

Address Changes

We are unable to change shipping addresses, redirect, or place a hold on a shipped package.

Refused Delivery

If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you ordered from Seattle Coffee Gear or return items without requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

We are committed to providing you excellent service and helping you find the machine that best suits your needs. Included below are our policies which govern shipping damage, exchanges & returns and warranties. If you have any questions on these policies, please don't hesitate to call.

Delivery Policy (Within 5 Days of Delivery)

Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 5 business days of delivery.

Damaged Merchandise

Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please thoroughly inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process with the shipping vendor.

Missing Merchandise

Please note that we often ship orders in multiple packages. However, if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.

Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise

If any item is not working properly or if a consumable item was received expired, please contact us immediately so that we can send a replacement. All replaced items will have a new 5 day return window extended to it, or the remainder of the return window from the original purchase, whichever is longer.

10% Restocking Fee

To receive full credit on your order, all original components must be returned with the order.

If the return arrives in any condition other than the original condition with which the order was shipped we will be forced to charge a 10% restocking fee

A 10% restocking fee will also be applied to all buyers remorse returns that have been opened and used with returns reasons being 'changed my mind' 'just didn't like the item' or 'found a better price'
