Shipping is $7.95 through the USPS within the USA only. We do have a combined shipping discount for purchases made within 3 days of the first purchase. We do offer returns up to 14 days from time of purchase. Buyer pays the return shipping costs. No partial returns are excepted, we need the whole unopened package back if returning. The bag is transparent and you can see what is inside. Lots of happy buyers so returns have not been a concern.
