Bench Grinder Complete With An Add-On Metal Polishing Kit
Suitable for polishing aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass.

For light polishing work of smallish items with light pressure being applied to the polishing wheels. For more heavy type polishing please have a look at our 370W versions

Please Note : The Bench Grinder and Polishing Add-On Kit are supplied separately. The buyer needs to Assemble the Polishing Kit to the Bench Grinder. Tools required (not supplied) are a 19mm spanner and a Philips Screwdriver. 

Assembly -  Spindle Adapters are NOT supplied / used with this kit. The pre-fitted Abrasive Wheels need to be removed and the Polishing Wheels attached in their place. The machine also needs to be securely fixed to your work top prior to use (fixings are not supplied). All the metal side guards can be removed if required, as this will create more space for polishing, as can be seen in the additional image.

Please Note - the Motor will Run Hot. This is normal. The run time is around 20-25 minutes on, allow to cool, then continue. Do Not Push Hard against the polishing wheels. This will strain the motor. Using Light Pressure with the correct polishing procedures and this will get satisfactory results

Warranty - This bench grinder (not accessories) comes with a 1 Year Warranty from date of purchase.

Safety - When polishing suitable safety glasses, gloves and dust mask (not supplied) must be worn

Scratch Removal - If there are scratches in the item surface then a series of abrasive discs / pads (eg 500 to 2000 Grit) may need to be used first prior to the polishing process.
