The AGM-142 Have Nap is an Israeli tactical air-to-ground missile that is a precision-guided weapon. Developed jointly by the Israeli company Rafael (Rafael) and the Martin Marietta Corporation, it is the development of the Israeli AGM-142 Raptor missile. Production for the Israel Defense Forces began in 1985.
It was equipped with an infrared homing head operating in the final section of the trajectory, the main marching section is controlled by the INS. The missile guidance system allows you to control the missile manually. It can be equipped with a television or infrared homing head, depending on the rocket model. The engine is single-stage solid propellant.
The US Air Force bought the first batch of 154 missiles in 1989 followed by a second batch of 54 missiles in 1996.
In May 1997, Israel and Turkey signed an agreement worth over $500 million to set up a joint venture for the joint production of missiles in Turkey.
The cost of the rocket is 1,540,000 US dollars.
