We must be notified within 60 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. The item/s must then be returned within 7 days following this notification.

• The item/s must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging.
• The item/s must NOT be opened, used, worn or damaged, and be in perfect condition when we receive them back.
• If the item was sent with free postage, the refund amount will also have original postage costs deducted.
• Cost of return postage must be arranged and paid by the buyer.

If the item has sustained damage in transit or is not returned as noted above, a revised refund amount will be issued.

In cases of an incorrectly supplied address/delivery information and for items that are returned to sender:

• Standard postage there will be a $7 cost for re-shipment.
• Express postage there will be a $12 cost for re-delivery.
• If re-delivery is not required and you would prefer a refund, original postage costs will be deducted.

The House of Dasein Online retail Store only sells kink toys, we are specialists with years of actual play experence, so we have decided to bring what we have found to you. All lines are tested before being stocked, we got to have our fun somehow!
