One RH (Driver side in the UK) Sill Rear End Closing Panel 

 Over 20 years on the road can have taken its toll on your cars bodywork! 

The problem which keeps coming up are the sills at MoT time. 

Nothing has been available for 10 years or more! Its been up to your garage to make ad hoc repairs to just get through one more test, and as garages charge £50 an hour and more, even simple patch making and fitting can cost £hundreds.

I have now manufactured a series of tooled repair panels which overcomes this problem, Please use the ‘See sellers other items’ to navigate to my other parts which will help you fix your Rover/MG’s bodywork.

This repair panel makes building up the back end of your sill so much easier than patch repairs. It has exactly the profile of the original sill skin, has all the required detail for the grommet holes and your wheelbox liner to refit to as originally built. It provides the hard to make detail of the double return flange into the wheelbox onto which the sills skin panel flange is joined.

This repair panel is suitable without any extra work for both 3 door and 5 door cars. Please look at the pictures - Both LH and  RH parts are shown..(but this listing is for the RH part) And how it joins with the other sills parts I manufacture.

My panels are manufactured in the UK from Zinc coated steel. This has a zinc surface treatment which makes the panels much more resistant to corrosion than untreated steel, but is perfectly ok to weld through.

In many cases repair is just required towards the back end of the sill, so I've structured my offer to enable you to buy just the material you need.

You can combine this with my short or half length sills skin repair panels and a sills repair section to make up the length of repair you need. 

If you need to go deeper into the sills structure I also have a repair panel for the B-Pillar Foot, which is often rotting away hidden by the Sills Skin. Then I also produce an Inner Sill repair panel - MoT man often notes this one as close to the seat belt mounting...
