This service covers the later LCM fitted to the BMW X5 E53, 5 Series E39 until 2004 and the earlier Range Rover L322 from 2002 until 2006. If you have a module with the big cooling fin then please see my other LCM repair listing.

The usual symptom is various lights illuminating randomly while the car is locked up, in some cases the indicators will operate on the wrong side or not at all. The symptoms can start off being highly intermittent, then develop into permanent hard faults.

The less common symptom is the module appearing dead on the diagnostic and usually one headlamp and tail lamp on all the time.

No coding is required after repair. If your LCM is not faulty or repairable you will receive a part refund of £54.00 which covers the time to test and return postage.

The price includes return Special Delivery back to you.
