Superb early Trifari Pat Pend brooch by the world-famous company's master lead designer, Alfred Philippe, who moved to Trifari from Van Cleef & Arpels in the thirties. This vintage brooch was created in the forties and have stunning rich peridot green rhinestone navettes reminiscent of many Van Cleef and Arpels pieces. These combine with round stone diamantes and lacious lacquered pearls on a shiny chrome/rhodium base to produce a beautiful design, the quality of which speaks for itself. Rare and highly collectable.
