We offer an out of warranty repair service for the following US series batteries
US2000, US2000B/Plus, US2000C, US3000, US3000B/Plus, US3000C, US5000C

As part of the repair service we can offer:

  • Quote & engineers report detailing faults and steps to repair.
  • Brand new CMU or PMU BMS PCB with latest firmware
  • Repair of existing BMS PCB if applicable. 
  • Cell Balancing 
  • State of Charge (SOC) calibration
  • Cell IR (internal resistance) check
We have an established relationship direct with Pylontech in China and are able to offer this service using the same standard operating procedures (SOP) as used when the batteries are built from new.  We order our spares direct from China.  If your BMS PCB is beyond repair we will quote to replace the PCB with the latest revision board.  Your charge cycles and health will be reset back to zero.

If needed, we can arrange for an empty cardboard box to be shipped to your address, once packaged we'll then arrange for collection at a time most suited to you.
