Fabric has been hemmed. Looks like a curtain panel was created. The rod opening at the top is three inches and the bottom hem has an opening of 1.5”. It does appear that the stitches could be removed and there is also quite a length so it could be used for other crafting. This is such a great design! Nice canvas material.
