Once the trees are shipped, the trees will go into shock as they are away from sunlight for a few days during transport. You must be gentle with them when you receive them in the mail. This means, you must immediately put them into a pot with the proper dirt and water, introduce them back into direct sunlight slowly (only a few hours per day for the first week), and DO NOT further damage the tree by doing things like cutting them for at least 60 days.
