I used to change my pillow covers a lot - sewn by me.
This is 28" wide by 21" high with a flange that is an inch and a half wide. The area inside the flange is about 25" by 18".
When filled with a standard bed pillow it forms a somewhat firm accent pillow for bed or sofa, or chair.
Has a tie on the envelope back.
