Swing Piaza Personal Photo Holding Coaster Set of 4 with Solid Wooden Rack/Holder.  This coaster set is preowned.  There are no cracks, hairlines, chips, or repairs to the coasters. There are no cracks, chips, deep marring or repairs to the wooden holder. All parts are present.  It does not come with the original box. This photo holding coaster set and wooden holder is in good condition.  Please see pictures as your opinion may differ from mine.  Please see pictures for measurements.  The coasters are approximately 4 inches X 4 inches.  The coaster photo holders will accommodate a photo up to 2 inches X 2 inches.  Please see pictures.  I used this set when my grandchildren were young by putting their picture in a coaster.  It really helped them to remember to use a coaster instead of setting their cups down on my furniture and creating unsightly rings.  Very easy to use.  I cut out a picture for demonstration purposes.  This set will fit into any decor or mood as your can easily change the photos out of the plastic sleeves. This set is durable and easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth.  Please note - you can not submerge the coasters in water. This set is well made and is as functional as it is beautiful to look at.  Please see pictures.

Please note – it is the **buyer’s responsibility** to give the seller the correct mailing address that is a safe place to have packages delivered to.  I will not refund for stolen packages once the package is marked delivered by the shipping company.  It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct as well as safe to deliver packages to. If your package was stolen after delivery, I can assist you in filing a complaint with your local law-enforcement.  If the package has insurance, I will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.  Ultimately, the carrier will make the final decision if they refund you or not.  FYI – in my vast experiences the chances are very great the carrier will not refund you either. Again, I do not refund for stolen packages after they have been delivered to an address given by the buyer to eBay.  I print my labels directly off eBay. I offer USPS “sign on delivery” service to help ensure safe delivery if needed.  The fee is a postal fee – not mine.  I do not make one penny off this fee. In fact, I am charged a seller fee on it.   

I combine shipping charges when it’s safe to do so.  Please contact me before you pay, and I will send you an updated invoice with combined shipping charges.  

I do accept returns.  If you purchased an item from a listing with an error, you will be refunded 100% of your total including all shipping fees after the item is returned to me in the same condition it was mailed to you.  *** Please note with different computer screens, items may look a different shade of color, so that is not considered an error unless it is grossly incorrect such as stating a red item is blue. The error must be significant to the item itself. This does not include things such as misspelt words in my ad and the like. ***   If I did not make an error in my listing, when I receive the item back in the condition it was mailed to you, the cost of the item will be refunded minus the original shipping fee.  The buyer will pay for return shipping costs. This is to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your item to you.  Thank you for your understanding. I do not use FedEx - they are the most dishonest shipping company I ever used.  

I only ship to the address shown as the “ship to address” when your payment is made. I will not ship to an alternate address after the payment is made. This is a fraud prevention measure. If a true error is made (it happens), the sale must be cancelled and started over.  If I already mailed the package, there is absolutely nothing I can do to change anything.  

FYI- I will resend a package returned to me due to an incorrect or non-forwarding address at the buyer's expense after the payment is received to re-send the package. As per eBay policy, buyers are responsible to provide the seller with an accurate address where a package can be safely delivered.

Please be aware that all antique, vintage and used items will show wear commonly found with age and normal use for the item, and any major flaws will be noted.  

Please note – I try to recycle mailing materials whenever possible.  Love Mother Earth - remember Mars isn’t habitable yet!  If my using recycled mailing materials offends you, please do not order from me.  I recycle as much as I can in all aspects of my life.  

In the event an item is damaged in shipping, please contact me so a claim with the carrier can be started.  I ship all breakables with insurance. I do not do refunds for damaged goods. You will be reimbursed via the carrier for damages that occurred during shippingAs your seller, I will expedite the process for you.  IF YOU DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING – YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED AS THE FOLLOWING IS MANDATORY.   Your minimum responsibility as the buyer is to provide clear pictures of the whole box and the area on the box where the damage occurred, a picture of the shipping label on the box, all packaging materials contained within the box, and the damage to the item/items.  This is the minimum requirement  for all carriers for reimbursement for damages.  You need to keep the broken item, the box, and all packaging materials in the event it is requested by the carrier for their investigation until your claim is completed.     Please feel confident you will receive your item intact as all items will be very well padded against breakage. Please read my feedback. Yes, this practice does increase the cost of postage, however, it also increases the chances of you receiving your item in one piece.  It also helps the reimbursement process if it was well packaged.  FYI – most carriers will not reimburse for damage if an item was poorly packaged.  This is why the carrier want lots of pictures of the box and packaging materials as well as the damaged item and why you need to hold onto the item as well as the box and all the packaging materials in the event they ask for it.  I pad items well for shipping. Personally, nothing is more frustrating to me than searching for that perfect gift or collectable, paying for it and then waiting for its arrival – only to open the box and find it damaged.  

I want you to be happy with your purchase!  Please ask any questions and/or educate me.  I describe each item as I honestly see it.  I go over things with a magnifying glass and check everything twice, however I am human and far from perfect.  If I made a mistake, please let me know what it is, send me clear pictures of the error I made, and give me the opportunity to correct it before leaving negative feedback.  Remember- if you are not happy with your purchase - I am not happy.  That's why I offer a 30-day return policy. To repeat myself - Items must be returned in same condition as when I shipped them for the cost of the item to be refunded.  The shipping costs are not refundable unless I made an error in the description. Differences in shades of color due to computer screen are not considered an error on my part.

 If I am having a difficult time naming a color, size, etc., I will state this in my ad. Please note I have great difficulty in distinguishing colors especially shades of purples, blues, maroon, and dark browns.  I am within the spectrum of color blind.  Again, thank you for your understanding in this area.
