This item is used. it is free from significant damage or defects and It was tested and working prior to removal. 

To insure proper fitment please cross reference your part number with the part number provided (if available) Exact part numbers are the only guarantee of correct fitment.

What you see in the photos is what you will receive, I will document and illustrate any damage or relevant information so as to insure you are fully informed as to what you are purchasing and to provide full transparency.

  Any other relevant or required parts and/or accessories not seen in the photo are your responsibility to acquire.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Any item you purchase will be shipped same day Monday through Saturday if payment is received by 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time. Please allow 1 business days if the projected shipping date falls on a Sunday or Canadian statutory holiday.

I always document all shipping information and will update it as soon as the information becomes available to avoid item non-received claims and make the transaction as hassle free as possible.

I pack every item carefully to prevent damage while en-route to your destination. 

OVERSIZE ITEMS

If the item you would like to purchase is over 50LBS  there may be a shipping premium depending on your location, Please contact me before you place your order for a accurate shipping quote.

RETURNS

Unless otherwise stated Returns will be accepted for unused, unopened items in there original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You will be refunded your purchase price less my shipping costs once the item is received and inspected.  In some cases the buyer will be required to pay a 20% restocking fee on returned items.

ELECTRICAL PARTS

Some radios/electronics including but not limited to _{GMC, Chevrolet, Pontiac, Cadillac, Mercedes, BMW, Volvo,Honda and Volkswagen} require a security code or require special programming. Any item specific information I have will be posted at the top of this page. In any case It is your responsibility to have any locks removed or programming performed should it be required. 

I DO NOT OFFER ANY WARRANT OR RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS ARE SOLD AS-IS. That being said I will do what I can to insure you are satisfied with my service and I am a reasonable to deal with.
