Condition Notes: We primarily deal in industrial surplus. All items are described to the best of our abilities. We are more than happy to answer questions so please feel free to ask. We do not use stock photos and all pictures are of the actual item. The primary exceptions are for “new old stock” situations were multiple of the same item is available.
Cancellations and Returns: We strive for complete satisfaction. Please contact us for questions or concerns about and item you have received from us and we will get it taken care of.
Shipping: Most of our items ship the next business day (Monday through Friday – excluding holidays and weekends) but the nature of our business will, at times, extend the handling time out as much as three days. Please contact us in advance if a shortened handling time is needed and we will let you know if we can accommodate it. Combined shipping - The size and weight of our items varies dramatically so combined shipping is on a case by case basis. Please contact us before purchasing an item for a combined shipping quote.
Payment: All payment must be made within 48 hours of the close of the item.
International Orders: NO international shipping at this time.
