We are only able to ship to Mainland England, Wales, and Scotland. These rates exclude Scottish Highlands.
We are able to provide a 2-day window for pallet deliveries. Deliveries are carried out by United Pallet Network. The collecting depot collects from us in Peterborough. The pallet goes to the UPN Hub in Birmingham overnight and consequently is shipped to the delivery depot which will be local to you. WE DO NOT PERSONALLY KNOW THE DRIVER WHO WILL BE DELIVERING TO YOU AND CANNOT CONTACT THEM. WE DO NOT SEND GOODS DIRECTLY FROM OUR WAREHOUSE TO A CUSTOMER.
Someone needs to be present at the address to receive the pallet and sign for digital tracking.

Items are normally despatched next working day, Monday to Friday.

Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt as per eBay guidelines and UK legislation.
Small packages are delivered by Parcelforce / Evri / Inpost / Yodel / DPD to your door. These will have extensive packaging / bubble-wrapping inside the box to protect the consignment.
Deliveries of tiles over 50kg are normally delivered to the kerbside. Kerbside delivery means that the delivery will be placed as close to your property as deemed safe by the driver. If there is any possible issue with gaining access to a suitable kerbside location for delivery in your location, or surfaces unsuitable for a heavy goods vehicle, such as shingle drive or steep hill, please be sure to advise us prior to despatch.
Returned items must be unused/unopened (unless damaged or faulty).
Buyer shall be liable for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
We take great care in packing items appropriately for shipping. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please contact us by ebay message within 1 day of receipt, so that we can resolve any problems for you quickly. We usually require photographs of damage or faults. The consignment is insured so we will need to log an insurance claim with the haulier which has a deadline.
