Please Note: All orders are dispatched by reputable national shipping companies. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend you do not book your vehicle in for any repairs until you physically have the part to save on any disappointment caused by delays. Empowered Auto Parts will be under no liability for any costs on damages or expenses caused by any delays. Delivery times are working days which exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping within Australia

We offer FREE shipping Australia wide within all metro areas. Please enter your postcode or log into your ebay account to display freight fees if applicable to your preferred delivery address.

All items are sent via courier - this means we are unable to deliver to a PO BOX, please contact us if your having difficulties with selecting an appropriate delivery address for our regional clients as we can often send your items to the nearest depot or a local business address.

We do offer pick up at one of our warehouse locations nationally. However prior arrangement needs to be confirmed for appropriate despatch, plus payment needs to be cleared via one of our "payments methods" specified. Our warehouse's operate 9am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) Your selected warehouse address is provided once full payment has been confirmed.

International Shipping

We do accept limited overseas orders, please note that any local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer & any order's returned due to unpaid taxes or duties will attract a 20% handling fee and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

Our Rules and Policies are quite simple if you are not happy we will fix it! If you happen to purchase by mistake and want to cancel your purchase...too easy. If you purchase an item and don't like it - send it back for a full refund - Yes a FULL REFUND!! If you purchase an item and it's incorrect - we will exchange it and sort everything out for you. If your not happy with our service, or we let you down somehow...then let us know - we want your feedback. We strive to make your shopping with us a pleasurable experience and our team is dedicated to WOWing our customers!

Returns

• Item must be returned within 60 days after buyer receives it - Refund will be given as money back or exchange (Buyers Choice) - the Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
• Goods must be returned in new condition, unused, unmarked & in original packaging or a refund or return could become void.
• All our products are of high quality, in a rare case if an item received was damage or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of it.
• 60 Days money back refund, if you are not satisfied with the item please return it within 60 days after receipt of your package.
• The cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer, All return orders should have your eBay user ID, eBay item number, and a brief reason for the return order.

Warranty

All Brake products from Rotors & Drums Australia are covered under an extensive 12 months 20,000 Km replacement warranty.The product is not covered when used in off road, competition or club racing purposes and is designed for normal street use only. Parts are not covered if incorrectly fitted.
