5) Packaging: We have world-class packaging. After a complete battery of tests on the unit, it is packaged in INSTA-PAK FOAM to ensure your unit will arrive for a positive, out-of-box experience.
6) Ship the device. Finally, once all the previous steps are completed, the device is ready to be shipped to its new home or office. You will receive excellent customer service available during business hours along with free technical support with your purchase!

Shipping Policy

- "Freight Shipping" only includes shipping to commercial locations with a loading dock & or a forklift. If you are in a residential area, require a lift-gate, or request inside delivery from the driver you are liable to pay all associated fees ($75-$125 each). This notice is publicly posted & by purchasing this item you are agreeing to these terms and will be legally liable to pay these associated fees. Failure to do so will result in legal action in your state (Outside of eBay's buyer protection).

Warranty

All of our refurbished printers come with a 90 day warranty. All of our parts come with a 30 Day Warranty . This warranty covers parts, and Remote technical support via phone, eBay messages, or email. Shipping is only covered by us in the first 14 days, on the 15th day and forward shipping must be paid by the buyer. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as rollers, charge rollers, transfer rollers, transfers belts/kits, fusers, or drums.
