Body Butters at room temperature will remain semi solid, once exposed to high temperatures, the body butter may possibly melt. The body butter is still OK to use melted, however, you only need to place back at room temperature or slightly colder temperature to re-solidify.

As we can not control the weather, we are not replacing melted body butters. But we will do our best to pack body butters to avoid melting. Please choose priority shipping at checkout to avoid long transit times of the body butter.
