We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them Monday to Friday (Ex Weekends & Bank Holidays). The delivery service offered is Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm excluding bank holidays.

COLLECTIONS & RETURNS:
In the event of orders being returned please make sure the item is put back in the original box and all the old labels removed from the box.  
Please secure the box with brown tape to protect in transit.  After this has been completed please contact us to arrange the pickup .
