- When you place an order unless stated Free Shipping, you will have an opportunity to select the shipping method that best suits your needs at checkout. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rate for many items we sell is based on weight and dimension.
- As a courtesy to our valued customers, we extend free shipping on various items. Economy Shipping is the only shipping method that qualifies for free shipping.
- We usually ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 working days of when the order is placed.

- We currently only ship internationally to Canada.
- Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before bidding or buying.
- Your order may be subject to delays and inspection "open" by customs.
- We usually ship all in-stock orders within 1-3 working days of ordering.
- As a courtesy to our valued Canadian customers, we extend paying half of the average shipping charge on various items.
- DHL is our choice of parcel service; please contact us before ordering if you require alternative assistance, e.g., UPS, USPS, or FedEx *additional costs may apply*

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day or a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 or 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging also any item outside of exceptions/ non-returnable items/ Final Sale items.
- To start a return, you can contact us via the eBay messages system or ShopLogiPrime:
- First, you'll receive a prepaid return label. *we'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.*
- Follow instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items returned to us without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.
- Returned items will be verified and validated before shipping out a replacement, exchange, or processing a refund.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. All open box and used items are final sales. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the above procedures; To start a return, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
