Freedom Brand Standard Fleshing Knives are ideal for low to medium volume fur processing. They are made of carbon steel and are available in three sizes.
The smallest one has a blade that is 1" x 10" and is good for mink and muskrats. The middle sized one has a blade that is 1 1/2" x 12" and is used for raccoon, fox and other similarly sized animals. The largest one has a blade that is 2" x 16" and is used for coyote, beaver, bobcat and large raccoon.
These fleshing knives are one sided knives and do not come with a sharp edge.
