This is a set of 2 yellow ribbons.  Each has a bolt that screws into your license plate,  Just remove the exisitng bolt and screw in.

A nut and washer is also supplied if needed. Ribbon is sprayed in in a durable yellow epoxy to withstand wind, rain, and snow!
