      The Mattress will need to be removed from the packaging, unrolled and placed onto a flat surface. It will need to be left for 72 hours to gain its original shape back and for the memory foam odour to clear. All our memory foam Mattress or memory foam toppers are made to perfection and according UK standard, therefore occasionally they give significant odour which comes from memory foam due to its manufacturing process, Which is normal and it will go automatically within couple of days, If not than please leave the mattress or topper in fresh air for some time and it will go away.
