Up for consideration is a Fine Antique hand painted late 19th Century porcelain Plaque of "Madonna Della Sedia" after Raphael. The painting is has a made in Germany stamp as well as paper label on the back and is labeled along with impressed marks...It is signed on the bottom rignt "S...." please see photos. The overall dimensions of the frame is just under 12 inches with the plaque measuring about 4.5 inches. There is some wear along the outer edge where the plaque has come into contact with the frame edge. It sports it's original Healy department store tag on back along with the original backing. The frame is thick and deep and the plaque can be arranged so that the larger decorative pieces on the frame can be horizontal or vertical.
