Original owner, used for about 2-3 years, original lamp is still functioning. Inlcluded is also a replacement lamp I purchased from BenQ directly - brand new and never used. The projector works great also for projecting 3D movies. Note, not sure the remote control works - I never used it. This is a great quality home projector, I just no longer have a wall for projecting movies.
