Uro-Clear Formula, Ba zheng Tong Lin Fang, 八正通淋方胶囊 (ChinaMed).

Actions: Clears Damp-Heat from the Bladder and promotes urination, alleviates dysuria.

Indications: Cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, acute prostatitis.

Key Signs & Symptoms: Dysuria, Urinary frequency, Urinary urgency, Yellow or dark colored urine, Bitter taste in the mouth, Red tongue with a yellow coat, Slippery and rapid pulse.

Dosage: Adults take 3 capsules, 2 times daily, half to one hour before or after meals, with warm water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution & Contraindications:
* Avoid hot spices, deep-fried food.

* Caution with patients on: diuretics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), cardiotonic glycosides, antiarrhythmic drugs, laxatives.
* Contains Glycyrrhiza, which potentiates prednisone and corticosteroids by prolonging steriod biological half-life; caution in patients with hypertension.
