I always pack items with great care and security, but I cannot be held responsible for mishandling by the post office. When you receive your package, if you see that it is open, damaged, broken, always open it in front of the letter carrier and ask him to sign a declaration if the content is damaged. With this paper, the French post office reimburses the contents at the declared value for all packages with insurance. Without this, the insurance will not work and I will not be able to reimburse you.

If you have any questions, please feel free to send me an e-mail.
