• The durable plastic elastic stretch cord is well knotted 3-4 times for increased security. 

• If purchasing as an anklet, please make sure it fits your ankle first since the size is quite small

—  For a 7" anklet, your ankle must be between 6.5" - 6.75"

—  For a 7.5" anklet, your ankle must be between 7" - 7.25"
