All our products include 21% VAT - applicable in Spain for this kind of product.
If you need a legal invoice, you need to provide all the necessary information and the related purchase number.

Shipping

All shipments will be made to the address provided by Ebay. Make sure that all information is correct. In case of returns because of errors in the address, the new shipment will be charged to the buyer.

Refunds

Our products (unless stated differently) are used but tested and working properly.
Do not buy any item for troubleshooting. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item. After receiving and checking the item for serial number and faults, we will return the purchase price for the item. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please understand that mistakes made by clients cause very high administrative expenses (shipping, packaging, comissions...) Every return by the customer will cause 30% of the item price for adminstrative expenses.

Description Grades

GRADE A - hardly used
The product is in good physical condition and has slight superficial marks produced by use, although no chipping, cracks, serious scratches or notches.

GRADE B - normal use
The product is in a normal physical state and shows normal signs of use that may include scratches, scratches, nicks, small bumps, etc.

GRADE C - heavy use
The product is in a reasonable physical state and has obvious signs of use that may include bumps, severe scratches, cracks, etc.
