there's nothing wrong with the monitor, the problem is the VGA spliiter adapter on the adapter card, as these monitors are only VGA capable, however if you have a DVI input monitor you can switch to that splitter cable along with the included cable sand that will correct the issue or use downstream adapters from that and convert back down to VGA from the DVI splitter adapter and cables included.
