Payment must be made through Ebay before items can be dispatched.

If payment is not received within 7 days your order will be cancelled, unless you let us know prior to placing the order.

We offer free of charge UK shipping, your parcel will be dispatched via standard Royal Mail postage within 24 hours of your payment being received, we dispatch parcels Monday to Friday.

We offer free of International shipping, your parcel will be dispatched via standard international postage within 24 hours of your payment being received.

Payment is required prior to shipping.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and refunds will be processed as soon as the item(s) arrive back with us.

Buyer pays for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. 

Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned. 

Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
