This is an official government issue Marine Corps honorable discharge lapel button. It has a white enameled perimeter band containing the words: "U.S. Marine Corps" on top and "Honorable Discharge" on the bottom. The button has gold colored accents. The Eagle, Globe and Anchor is centered on a black enameled background.

   The lapel button is new old stock and comes on the card of issue. It is dated 3/90. It measures approximately 9/16 of an inch in diameter and has a prong and clutch attachment system. It was manufactured by Lordship Insturies.

   The United States Marine Corps Honorable Discharge lapel button is awarded to Marine Corps personnel who meet the criteria to receive an Honorable Discharge certificate form DD 256N.

   The Honorable Discharge lapel button is authorized for wear only on civilian clothes. It is to be worn on the left lapel. It may also be worn by personnel who have received an honorable discharge, but subsequently chose to re-enlist and are currently on active duty.

* If an item is returned to me because the address provided was not correct or if the buyer refuses a shipment or does not pick it up from the post office, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees to have the package re-shipped to them.

* All items are shipped with a tracking number. This allows the buyer and seller to watch an item during transit and determine its status (Shipped, In Transit, Delivered).

* My shipping prices are actual quotes from the United States Postal Service for the item that you have purchased. I don't inflate my shipping prices to try and make an extra buck. Also, I do not charge a handling fee. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail unless otherwise stated. I mail only to the address that is listed with PayPal to help prevent any fraud from occurring. I am sorry if this is an inconvenience, but I can not make any exceptions. I do combine shipping if you purchase multiple items on the same day or before I ship your package (which is usually within 24 hours after the auction closes or a purchase is made. The item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped by me and is subject to inspection prior to the issuance of a refund. Tools carry a specific manufacturers warranty, so you will have to deal directly with the manufacturer if there is an issue with their product not working properly.
