This large Lego figurine features moveable arms, bendable waist and rotatable head in tradition with all Lego men, a panel on the back is removed to insert 3 AA batteries. A switch dictates the mode of light, and the square button on the front turns it on or off. I tested it and it works fine. Note that there is a piece of sticky tape over the button. The figure still has the original base, which is marked 2011. The figure alone is about 19cm tall, or 23cm including the base.
