**Important notes about returning items**

Returns must be in the same condition they were sent in.  

We do not cover return shipping as we are a very small operation.

We do vigorously defend claims such as wrong item sent and item defective when they are not.  Not liking a scent or the natural variations contained in natural gemstones doesn't qualify as defective.  Reasons such as these are held against seller ratings and makes it harder to compete against mega sellers and corporate entities, so we must defend seller faulted return reasons when we have done nothing wrong.
