• Orders are dispatched no later than 2 working days after payment is received, and UK delivery is usually via a 48 hour delivery service.

• Collection is available on all our parts during business hours 10.00 - 17.00 mon-fri. Collection may be possible in the evening or at weekends if you contact us beforehand.

• Please contact your main dealer if you are unsure about fitment or if you are trying to fit this part into a different model.

• Please note we will not be able to deliver to an address that is different to the one that you have registered on Ebay/Paypal because we are not covered if we do so. If you require us to send the item to a different address (e.g. A garage) then you will have to add this to your Ebay/Paypal account and select the alternate address before purchasing.

• Most parts sold from this establishment are Auto Salvage and sold as such, whilst we make every effort to give value for money, we cannot guarantee each part to be absolutely perfect.

• Unless otherwise stated all parts carry a 30 day warranty, which operates by exchange only, and does not cover labour costs, consumables, carriage and/or consequential losses.

• All goods for exchange must be returned at the customers own cost.

• All parts correctly supplied and returned for credit are subject to a 25% handling fee.

• If the item is damaged in transit we will replace it with an identical part, where a part is not available we will offer a full refund.

Returns

• If you have any issues then please contact us straight away so that we can rectify it by messaging us through Ebay.

• In cases where the part is ordered in error or is no longer required, an administration and restocking fee of to cover postage may apply.

• Items must be checked before signing for. If any damage is caused to the item by the courier company we can only refund it if this has been noted when signed for.

• We mark all our parts before dispatch and we will only issue a refund on receipt of a part in its original condition. Refunds will not be offered for parts that have been dismantled or tampered with.
