This Yunnan black tea ( Dianhong Jinya )also calls  Golden Monkey  or Jin Hou, which is a famous Chinese black tea whose leaves are said to resemble monkey paws. Golden Monkey is hand-processed each spring with careful plucking of only one leaf and one bud. 
Rich, coating texture and very smooth, soft mouthfeel are both signs of a quality Jin Hou. 

Yunnan black tea falls into the Gongfu category of teas, and is produced in the Yunnan province of China by tea farming families with generations of experience. Only the best quality golden buds are plucked for our Golden Monkey Imperial Yunnan tea, to provide a naturally very sweet cup with zero astringency, and smooth, delicate floral notes with a hint of honey. Steep lightly in hot water for a few minutes to allow the full flavor of your tea to be released! 
We recommend to all of black tea lovers. 

Brewing DianHong Black tea: 
1. Use 5 grams of tea per 200ml of water. 
2. Heat water to 85°C degrees (185°F) and steep for one minute. 
3. Add 30 secs to subsequent infusions. 
4. Adjust the amount of leaf, steeping time, and water temperature used according to your preference.
