I'm including the baby girl (it's possible she was made in ITALY, as she has all the looks of it);  she is a hard celluloid material.    She just fits inside but cannot flip basket with her in it.   

I thought she paired well with this basket buggy so I'm selling them together.   

There are no markings on either item.

the buggy is approx 2" x 2" and 3" in height
