Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.Your item will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of your cleared payment
 Items will be shipped to the shipping address you have registered with Pay Pal. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you when you item has shipped.  We do not ship internationally. Local pick ups are not allowed. .

We will replaced your item within 30 days once the defective item is returned and received by J&L Electronics llc. Shipping and handling charges, cover postage, handling and packaging cost, these are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Returns

								Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.Please contact us within the 30 days warranty period and we will take care of any problems.
Order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of received item.
Buyer is responsible for all  return shipping chargers.
Original shipping cheargers are non refundable.
Non-defective return are subjet to a 10% restocking fee.
 
Products must be returned in same condition as received.Boxes,packing materials wrappers,cartons,instructions
must be in their original condition without markings tapes folds or defacing.
 
The returned item should inclued buyer's ebay user id,full name,phone number,shipping address,reason for return.
Any missing parts,damaged items or inappropriate information will not be process and returned to sender.
