GODIAG GT100 Description:

GODIAG GT100 is a brand new E-C-U connector and protocol communication testing tool. It will greatly help a user to connect the E-C-U module separately for diagnosis, progarmming and coding. Also it will tell whether the diagnostic & progarmming tool can normally send out communication signal.

GODIAG GT100 Features:

1). Connect GODIAG GT100 to the OBDII diagnostic port of the car. 

1). Connect the E-C-U with the color jumpers. (If the E-C-U is CAN protocol, please check whether you will need to connect a 120 ohm resistor.)

3. Banana plug extension connection:
Extend the car's OBDII 16pin interface to tell you whether the OBDII interface connection is good or not, which is convenient for the test of OBDII interface voltage waveform.


 

4. Convert OBD1 diagnostic interface to the standard OBD2
Use the connector to convert the OBD1 interface into obd2 interface according to the diagnostic interface communication protocol.

The space of the diagnostic interface location is too narrow to connect to the diagnostic tool, or the user find that the diagnostic cable is not long enough during maintenance. It can be extended by 1.2 meters.

1). Prepare battery A to supply power by connecting to No. 16 / 4 / 5 holes of Godiag GT100 & to the OBD2 diagnostic interface of the car.

GODIAG GT100 Function and Operation Guide:

- By connecting the vehicle and diagnostic tool via OBDII, Godiag GT100's LED will indicate whether the OBDII diagnostic interface has a good communication with the car.

- Monitor the voltage of vehicle OBDII interface and display it in real time. If it is less than 11V, please stop the diagnosis and progarmming to avoid the vehicle being unable to start/data loss/module l-o-cked.

GODIAG GT100+ Details:

1. GT100+ adds Electronic Current Display.

On bench connect the E-C-U module by using the banana connector or db25 dedicated E-C-U adapter, Godiag GT100+ will display the electronic current.

The advantage to display electronic current value:

The user can intuitively see the current status of the E-C-U. There is no current display or the actual displayed current is inconsistent with the engineer’s expected current, then you can immediately check whether the wiring is wrong, if the wiring is correct, he can judge that the E-C-U may be broken, so there is no need to perform diagnostic communication and can directly repair the E-C-U.

If it shows too much current, then you can also determine if the cable is incorrectly connected or the E-C-U is broken.

2. GT100+ Adds CANBUS Protocol Communication 

GT100+ Pin 1, 9, 3, 11 12, 13, 8 [corresponding to the yellow banana connector on the machine], these non-standard obd2 protocol interface may display CAN BUS or K-Line communication protocol. GT100 can only display K-Line Pwm Vpw+ KWP 2000 protocol. GT100+ will display CANBUS K-Line Pwm Vpw+ KWP 2000 protocol communication.

3. Reset instrument/immobilizer when all keys lost

When you want to progarm key for V-.W, Porsche, Mitsubishi and nother cars with all keys lost, or to progarm Toyota E-C-U, you need to activate the dashboard (reset instrument) or wake up the immobilizer module first. Then you can operate directly by using GT100 GT100+.

a. To replace the engine E-C-U of Toyota or to use some key progarmmer to progarm Toyota when all keys lost, it requires to short-circuit PIN13-PIN4

b. To progarm Mitsubishi key with all keys lost or to set OBDII when all remote keys lost, please short-circuit PIN1-PIN4.


 

c. For Porsche and V-A-G 4th generation / 5th generation keys (for example new A6L Touareg A4 Q5 A7), please use GT100+ to short-circuit banana connector PIN 16—-PIN 1 to lit up the dashboard, after that use the key progarmming tool to connect with the female adapter of GT100+ for data collection. Some vehicle dashboards won’t be lit up, but data can also be collected, for example: A6L Q7.
