This is a Brand New (with tags still attached) Stretchy Black Lace Garter Belt with 4 adjustable Garters that dangle from the bottom. It's made by Torrid Curve and Sized 1/2 which means Plus 1X/2X according to the Torrid sizing chart. The metal & rubber garters are not removable, and are covered with a small piece of Black Satin Ribbon. It's made of a Comfortable Nylon/Spandex blend that can be machine laundered. It closes in back with 3 rows of 2 hook & eyes.  It's a Beautiful Floral Lace that has Stretch! There is a tiny Black Satin Bow at the front center top edge. It will arrive in Perfect New Condition with tags still attached. Retail $20.50
