For sale is a DIY Mobile Horn Kit compatible with CrewTimer V2 and higher bluetooth clickers.
Note: I build these in batches so your handling time varies from 1 day to 30 days. If you are in a rush, contact me directly to determine shipping times.
- When used with the CrewTimer BLE Clicker a simple press of the clicker records the time in the mobile app while also sounding the horn.
- The horn duration is configurable from the CrewTimer Mobile App
- The horn can be placed 30-100 feet away from the clicker without wires needed to connect the horn.
- The horn itself is self contained and runs from a standard SLA battery.
Included in the kit is
- CrewTimer Electronics Module with relay to drive a car horn
- Wires needed to connect a battery and horn
- Gasket to seal the interface between the horn and the box
- Self tapping screws to secure the electronics in a harbor freight ammo box
To complete assembly of the horn with ammo box pictured, the following additional items are required:
- Harbor Freight model 63135 0.30 cal Ammo box ($6.99)
- 12V Car Horn - recommended model is Amazon banhao Motorcycle Horn item B0B5GY5P58 ($12.52 for two)
- 12V 5AH SLA Battery "1250" or equivalent
