The term Plant Tissue Culture broadly refers to the in vitro culture of all plant parts, a single cell, a tissue or organ under aseptic conditions. The book will provide abreast information and will be helpful for the undergraduate, post graduate students and research scholars. Centella asiatica L. (Apiaceae) and Scoparia dulcis L. (Scrophulariaceae) are the major plants used in the in vitro culture protocol because the natural reserves are declining due to overexploitation for their therapeutic uses.
